Use this Newport Centre Mall map to plan your floor-by-floor route before you arrive. From Manhattan, take the Lincoln Tunnel to Route 1/9 south toward Jersey City. Follow signs for Newport Centre. If you’re coming from the north on Route 1/9, continue south and watch for Newport Centre directional signs. From the New Jersey Turnpike (Exit 14C), head toward Jersey City waterfront. The mall is also easily accessible via NJ Transit bus lines and PATH train directly to Newport station, just below the mall.
Parking
Newport Centre has a multi-level paid parking garage on site. Some stores offer validation. If traveling from Manhattan, the PATH train is often faster and more affordable than driving — Newport station is directly below the mall, just 8–10 minutes from Exchange Place or Hoboken.

It’s always high-energy and buzzing, and genuinely the best spot for city dwellers to hit all the basics without leaving Jersey City. However, it can feel cramped on weekends, and the parking garage fees add up fast. Still, the UEZ tax advantage makes every purchase feel like a bonus win.
