Ocean County Mall
The Ocean County Mall is one of the smaller New Jersey Outlets. A super regional mall, located in Toms River, NJ. Although smaller than many other NJ shopping malls, it is still very popular amongst its visitors. Ocean County has 120 specialty stores on an area of 890,000 square foot, all completely indoors and air conditioned. Next to the specialty stores, the mall is also anchored by Macy’s, J.C.Penney, Boscov’s and Sears and offering a nice variety of restaurants in the Food Court (near Boscov’s) or the Restaurant Row (near Sears). The mall also provides some nice seating area’s to relax after a couple of shopping hours and a Simon Kids Club for your children’s enjoyment.
Ocean County Mall is located near the Jersey Shore and for this reason attracts many seasonal customers. When you are planning a visit in peak holiday hours, keep this in mind.
You can easily reach the mall at the intersections of Hooper and Bay Avenues in Toms River NJ. The mall is completely surrounded by lit parking lots, so there should be enough space to park your car at a convenient spot. If the parking is full during holidays or special sales events, try the parking lots across Hooper Avenue, near Toys”R”Us or Bed Bath & Beyond. If you travel by bus, the NJ Transit picks you up and drops you off in front of Macy’s on the Hooper Avenue side of the mall.
