What Time Does Garden State Plaza Open?
The Westfield Garden State Plaza opening hours are daily from 10 A.M. till 9:00 PM, except on Sundays during the non-holiday period. On Friday and Saturday the doors close at 09:30 PM, giving you an extra half our to shop.
At Sundays, the Garden State mall is normally closed for shopping, due to the highly restrictive blue laws in Bergen County. One tip, get there as early as possible on weekends because after lunchtime the mall is really crowded with shoppers.

The Garden State Plaza AMC 16 movies theater is located at the 2nd level of the mall, next to Forever 21 and the Grand Lux Cafe. It offers AMC Independent, an IMAX screen and Real D 3D screens with the latest installments. It has a total of 16 screens, so plenty of theaters to choose from. All screens have stadium seating and nice plush chairs. Movie prices start at $12 and go up for the 3D and IMAX offerings. The bar offers you drinks and snacks to enjoy during the movies.
